Politique de remboursement

1 - We do offer returns under certains conditions. It is only offered for large parts (Body, hardware, sensors, etc...) all gaskets and seals will not be eligible for returns.

           1a - Refund of the part cost ONLY (not including shipping) will be done once the part has been returned to us.

           1b - In the case a customer is returning a part not defective or damaged (ie: wrong part ordered by customer), only the                           part cost refund is eligible. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

           1c - COMPLETE refund (part cost and shipping) will only be eligible if it is determined by a Vparts-store employee that the                       part is defective or damaged beyond usable condition during shipment to customer.

2 - The return shipping label will be sent by email to the customer. Customer is responsible to prepare the shipment properly.
